Study on tempering process of 35CrMoA axle steel

摘要:对35CrMoA车轴钢在不同回火温度和冷却方式下冲击韧度试验的断口形貌进行了分析,宏观上通过纤维区、放射区和剪切唇在断口上所占的比例,微观上通过SEM照片中韧窝的形状、大小来预测判断材料韧性的优劣。得到35CrMoA车轴钢在淬火后,650℃回火,保温2h,水冷为最佳工艺。

Abstract:The axle 35CrMoA steel under different tempering temperatures and cooling methods of the fracture morphology of impact toughness test are analyzed, the macro by fibrous zone, radiation zone and shear lip on the fracture surface accounted for the proportion of and microcosmic by SEM photos of dimple shape, size to predict in judging of the toughness of a material. Get the 35CrMoA axle steel after quenching, 650 degrees tempering, thermal insulation 2h, water cooling for the best process.
