摘要:研究了不同湿度条件下A5083铝合金焊接气孔的敏感性,并讨论了气孔对焊缝力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:在较低温度下,相对湿度对焊缝中气孔的产生影响不大,气孔数量较少;在22℃条件下,相对湿度大于85%时焊接产生的气孔急剧增加。

Abstract:Study on the sensitivity of stomatal A5083 Aluminum Alloy under different humidity conditions of welding, and the effects of porosity on the mechanical properties. The results show that: in the low temperature, relative humidity have little impact on the porosity in weld, porosity small number; under the condition of 22 DEG C, air relative humidity is greater than 85% welding increased dramatically.
