摘要:从项目研究的实际情况出发,在超塑设备的开发、超塑模具的设计、成型工艺方案探讨、成型后产品的验证4个方面对铝合金超塑性过程进行阐述,为超塑成型技术在轨道车辆行业的广泛应用提供理论与实践依据。

Abstract:In consideration of the actual situation of this research project,this paper outlines the superplastic form process for aluminum alloys in terms of development of superplastic forming equipment,design of forming molds,forming technique planning and product verification after forming processes,which in turn have laid a theoretical and practical foundation for its wide application to railway rolling stock industry.
