Analysis of influencing factors of assembly torque

摘要:以标准差为评价准则、动车组裙板为研究实例,在不同施工人员、工具因素、拧紧方法等工况下进行试验。并对试验数据进行系统分析,阐述了各种因素对扭矩精度的影响,为产品装配质量的提高提供了条件,同时也可为其他行业的装配工艺提供借鉴。

Abstract:Taking the standard deviation as the evaluation criterion and the train's apron as a research example, the test was carried out under different conditions, such as the construction personnel, the tool factor and the tightening method. The test data are analyzed systematically, and the influence of various factors on the torque accuracy is described, which provides the conditions for the improvement of product assembly quality and the assembly process of other industries.
