摘要:紧固件组装工艺是高速动车组制动盘组装工艺中的核心部分,根据锻钢制动盘的特殊结构,分析了紧固件组装工艺中的重点和难点问题,并通过紧固件扭矩系数稳定性和一致性试验检测分析、特殊定位工装的设计和紧固件6轴同时拧紧非标设备的设计,解决了组装工艺中的核心问题,使得组装工艺简单易行,并适合批量化生产。

Abstract:Fastener assembly process is high-speed EMU brake disc assembly process in the core part, according to the special structure of the forged steel brake disc, analyzes the fastener assembly process in the key and difficult problems, and through the fastener torque coefficient stability and consistent test detection analysis, special positioning fixture design and the fastening piece shaft 6 and tighten the non standard equipment design, solves the key problem in the assembly process, which makes the assembly process is simple and easy to operate and suitable for mass production.

正文快照:目前,锻钢制动盘主要运用在CRH2型动车组上,现动车组上运用的都是进口锻钢制动盘。锻钢制动盘主要是由上盘体、车轮或盘毂、下盘体通过螺纹紧固件联接在一起。鉴于制动盘的特殊结构和需检测每套紧固件组装轴向力的要求,需要深入研究其紧固件组装工艺,以解决组装工艺中的核心问
