摘要:对HX_N3型机车轴箱体在小批量试生产中近半数铸件出现的铸造缺陷进行了分析,确定了其铸造缺陷的性质及产生的原因,通过对原浇冒系统进行改进,及时消除了铸造缺陷,取得了较好的效果。
