摘要:通过对铁路货车用缓冲器锻件的制造工艺进行分析、研究,综合采用多种质量控制手段,制造出尺寸公差小、平面精度高和热处理综合性能优异的超高精密级锻件。该锻件应用于货车MT-2/3、HM-1缓冲器中,取得了良好的社会效益和可观的经济效益。

Abstract:Buffer forgings manufacturing technology for railway freight cars is done through analysis, research, adopt a comprehensive quality control means, make dimensional tolerance, plane precision and excellent comprehensive performance of ultra high precision forging heat treatment. The forging has been applied in the MT-2/3 and HM-1 buffers of freight cars, and has achieved good social benefits and considerable economic benefits.
