Britain as one of the world tourism industry is flourishing nation and to teach power is known, the tourism higher education has also obtained the vigorous growth, but I the quintessence of Chinese culture of British tourism higher education research rarely, Britain and China tourism higher education compared research is still blank. The through compare the process between the UK and China tourism higher education, seek out difference and variance analysis constitutes the reason and influence, combined with the realities of our country, worked out the appropriate improvement measures, to promote China's tourism higher education can develop continuously. In this paper, first of all, separation introduced in Britain and China tourism higher education growth process and the characteristic, then from creating purpose, curriculum, teaching method, teacher troops and quality assurance system in five aspects, discusses tourism between the two countries of higher education difference, and in the light of the many difference analysis of different forms of reason and influence. First, combined with reality of our country, starting from the five aspects, put forward detailed measures to improve.
