Letter words as a new, specific speech scene, from its beginning to emerge, caused the linguists widespread concern. There have been many articles from the perspective of differences, differences in the level of organization, the positive to discuss the letters of the word. But as a kind of continuously change the growth of words, letter words and there are many aspects need further study. The research of letter words in Chinese has become and will become a long talk researchers concern results. This paper based on the full analysis of Chinese letter words and English abbreviations, multi angle output to discuss both the similarities and differences, and strive to visit a Chinese letter words change growth discipline, in order to letter words in modern Chinese teaching and research and Chinese words sink growth history of the study provides no benefit reference. The whole paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter one is "comparison of identity of letter words in Chinese and English abbreviations except the introduction and conclusion. The system of external factors and internal factors two dimension start to speak from, and points out that Chinese letter words and English abbreviations in the event of identity differences. The second chapter is "comparison of Chinese lettered words and English abbreviations classification". Conclusion sums up the contents of the text in the, of Chinese letter words into the code and the development trend of stopped introduction and speculation.
